SNMP Polling on DO-Openamanage

I have stopped polling on the OpenManage server, as to avoid having continuous attempts to login to the switches, and generating events that get constantly mailed to Richard and Erin.

At this point, there’s no real reason to have the continuous discovery in place, as it is easy to run it whenever new devices are added with the correct requirements to be discovered with OpenManage.
