Exchange 2003 Tools on Windows 7 with RSAT

Since we are moving full force with Windows 7,  I have been looking around for some solutions that were known not to work with the new OS.

One of those is the Exchange 2003 tools running in the Remote  Windows Server Admin Tools (RSAT). 

I have created a process that will make it work now, it is a bit of an involved process, but I created a step by step instruction article for it, in order to help you get it working.
