STUDENT and STUDENT2 Domain Functional Level raise

As we were looking to implement a Wireless GPO for Richard, we found out that this only works in a Windows 2003 environment. Though the requirements ended up being more rigorous than that, and asked to modify the AD Forest schema in order to accomplish what we wanted.

In any case, I went ahead and raised the Active Directory Domain Functional Level from Windows 2000 Server (Native) to Windows 2003 Server.

This is a non-reversible process, however, should have no adverse effects on the environment, other than it will no longer allow any domain controllers with an OS lower than Windows 2003 to be joined to this domain.
