Today I went ahead and upgraded the Compellent Controller and enclosures to the latest code: 04.02.02.008.01
For this to happen, I took down all the connected hosts: do-mimosa,do-mimosa-sql, and the Exchange backup volume.
The upgrade took about 30 minutes. though did not affect anything in production. I’m hoping that this will help with the troubleshooting of the IO performance issues.
- This upgrade was performed on 04/06/2009 @ 3:45pm
- Target: Compellent Storage Center 3988 + Enclosures
- Hosts affected: do-mimiosa,do-mimosa-sql, Postal (do-vmhost7)
