LANDesk Server Agent with Antivirus fixed

I finally figured out the problem with the LANDesk Server Agent with Antivirus.

Previously, this agent, if ran on a brand new Windows installation, would take up 50% CPU, and stays there, with no additional activity. That install, with the old config would only work correctly on a server with an existing LANDesk agent on the server.

The fix now works fully, and should be able to push the server agent with antivirus without any prior existing agents on the server.

I have placed a scheduled task to push that agent under Common Tasks/Agent and Administrative / CVUSD Server and Antivirus
