I have contacted Dell to send a drive replacement. The Perc 3/Di battery has also failed, so they will be sending both, to be delivered tomorrow morning.
I have kept Citrix 4 offline for now, as I don’t see a huge load on the Citrix farm. after I receive the replacement hardware, and verify that the server is back to normal, I will bring it back into the farm.
Meanwhile, I will be working on creating a couple of additional Citrix front end application servers in the Virtual environment, because I have a bad feeling about our current physical Citrix servers, and I don’t want us to be dead in the water if those fail.

Update: Hard drive in Citrix 4 has been replaced, rebuilt, and is now operational again.
