Change in Security group for UMRA Student Management

Due to the high request for users needing access to the UMRA tool. I have slightly changed the security group model for adding people to it.

Initially, I had assumed that the teachers will be the ones wanting this access. However, with the addition of SchoolFusion into the mix, a lot more people are now interested in having it.

In the goal of keeping the teachers security separate in case we need to perform any actions on them before. (I’m referring to the <schoolnumber>-Teachers> in the CVUSD Domain), I created a new group which has the same access to the Student Maintenance forms in URMA as the Teachers groups, and that group is called:

Elementary User Management – Staff
Secondary User Management – Staff

Any user needing access to this tool from now on that is not a teacher should be added to one of the above groups instead of the <schoolnumber>-Teachers.
