Update: ABI Virtualization complete

This is just to inform you that the ABI server virtualization is now complete. The servers are now on the CVUSD cluster, and the physical servers are turned off.

Furthermore, the 192 network is no longer part of the ABI servers, and there is a PEN Load Balancer doing the job of the BIGIP box.

There shouldn’t be any problems accessing ABI, but here are a couple of troubleshooting tips for users who may have issues accessing it.

There has been a bunch of DNS shuffles, so an un-cleared DNS cache may cause a problem with access.

For the users, they can either restart their computer, or go to start/run… and type cmd: then type: ipconfig /flushdns

If you have issues further than this, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to help.
