Oakridge server now migrated

Last night, I migrated the Oakridge server (oakr-easy) to the new server (313-dc1).

2 new shares are now in place:

\\oakr-easy\%USERNAME% –> \\313-dc1\user$\Staff\%USERNAME%

\\oakr-easy\Oakridge-Office –> \\313-dc1\group$\Office

I have removed the Office 97 share, and the Oakridge-Shared, as they didn’t contain any pertinent data.

DHCP has also been migrated over to the new server.

The printer migration script is also in effect. When the helpdesk is ready, we can go ahead and power off the old oakr-easy server.

The IPs have not yet been switches.

The new login script for staff has been renamed from oakr-logon.bat –> 313-Staff.bat. The login script oakr-library has been removed as there are no current Active Directory accounts using it.
