At the request of the helpdesk, I have changed the behavior of the white button in KACE from connecting via VNC, to connecting via RDP, since this seems to be used on a more regular basis
Obviously, this doesn't stop you from using VNC if you want to, you would just have to open the VNC viewer, and type in the hostname or IP to connect (mostly for Macs anyway) .
