cynh-easy turned off and ready for decommissioning

I went ahead and turned off the Canyon Hills server, and changed the IP from 10.40.103.3 –> 10.40.103.1

The spreadsheet has been updated accordingly.

For those responsible, please keep an eye on any printer migration problems, and library software IP pointers.
