Over the past couple of days, I have made some pretty significant modifications to the Citrix server access, 1 through 7.
The privileges to the server itself (i.e: RDP, or console) are very limited. Admin access has been limited to 3 people, and access to the Citrix management console has been limited to the needed features to maintain user sessions for the helpdesk.
In other words, all known domain admin accounts, are now unable to login to these servers. People who have access know who they are.
If you think that you do need more access than what you are currently able to perform, Please talk to me, and we can determine this on an as-needed basis.
Citrix-fs-1 , as well as other server access will come later, though these will take a bit more research time to make sure that nothing breaks in the process of removing privileges of widely known admin accounts.
Meanwhile, helpdesk, if you see any weird behavior of Citrix that you suspect may be the result of privilege cuts, please let me know, and I can take a look at it.
For any questions / concerns, please talk to me.
