Elementary student passwords updated

Today, all the elementary student passwords in the UMRA database, as well as Active Directory have been update from the format:

<lowercaseFirstInitial><lowercaseLastInitial><last4DigitsOfPhone)

to:

<lowecaseFirstInitial><lowercaseLastInitial><last3DigistofPermID>

All exports from now and going forward will have the new password format.

Please note that any existing applications will have to get updated accordingly with a new export. This is likely not a problem right now, as most of the import will start next school year, which will contain all the new formats.

SchoolFusion users will have the passwords in the nightly export. However, the trainers (Tim), would need to check to see if their side of the house is actually checking and updating the passwords.

For any questions about this, please let me know. Also, If you find any UMRA tool that is reflecting wrong information, it could be that I had overlooked updating its password functions. Please do let me know about those.
