This afternoon, at 3:00pm, I will be taking LANDesk down in order to upgrade it to the latest Service Pack. (SP2)
This service pack should now include full support for Windows 7 running the LANDesk console (the agent was already supported in the original release of 9.0.
The new update will require an update to your LANDesk console. If you use the ThinApp to access LANDesk, then I will work on creating a new one containing the latest version of the console, and make it available to you all.
I will post another blog entry after the upgrade is done, with additional instructions, and the location where any installers could be found, as well as some information regarding the changes that you can expect with the latest release.
Please plan to be off of LANDesk, and stop any scheduled tasks prior to 3:00pm today (11/04).
