STUDENT and STUDENT2 Group Policies and Troubleshooting users

Over the past few days, I have done a full revamp of the group policies on the STUDENT and STUDENT2 domain. I have ripped everything out and modified all the policies to be more compliant with our standards, and created some conventions, and normalized all the policies that we currently have in our student domains.

I have created a document with some more details related to this change, which will help clarify how policies should be created, and the naming conventions to be followed in the future.

Please, if you are ever in doubt about policies, or their applications, please talk to me first. Policies can be cumbersome and complicated, and required a very specific troubleshooting path to make sure they work correctly, or some very strange, and unexpected results may occur.

If after reading the documentation in the wiki, there is still confusion, please talk to me, and I'd be happy to explain in more detail about the changes.
