I have started writing the documentation for the KACE box.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to write all the details, as there is a lot to it, but I will write the initial items, like installing agents, setting up Internet Explorer, pushing VNC, and the rest, perhaps we can do a training session or something to that effect to get everyone going.
At this point, the focus is to get some agent packages ready to go for both PC and Mac, and allow them to install both manually, and with a push, same goes for VNC (PC and Mac); as well as having a mechanism to also remove LANDesk while we're at it.
You can keep track of the documentation for all of this on the Wiki's KACE 1000 Box Procedures:
Also, I will be posting some FAQs pertaining to some of the things most often used, and would need a quick refresher.
The SETUP page has also been updated to contain the KACE agent (PC, PC 64bit, and Mac agent), as well as the Nod32 agent.
Please keep an eye on the wiki documentation page, as this is what I'll be working on for instructions, and not so much this cvusdchangelog blog in this particular case.
