Asking for help one more time: clean up of do-tech

Since we are in the process of moving data from one location to another, it would be a very good time for us to go through some data, and clean up. Unfortunately, and even though I'm happy to do it, I cannot delete data which  I don't own or know what its purposes is, and if we don't collectively take the time to clean up group shares from time to time, we're going to end up with tons of useless junk.

That said, I would love for each of you to go through any of the shares that you have access to on do-tech. Namely:
\\do-tech\group$\TechIS\Information Services
\\do-tech\group$\TechIS\Technology
\\do-tech\Helpdesk Info
and \\do-tech\utils
Please remember, that \\do-tech\utils is a share that is readable by everyone in the district, and very easily accessible, (it's mapped as drive U: for everyone) So please make sure that there is no sensitive information in there that can be accessed by our users.

Also, if at all possible, I would love for installers and exes and setup to go in \\do-tech\install$, unless it is an installer that specifically needs to be accessible to all the users. (having the installer in utils just because it's more convenient when logged in as a different user, does not qualify). I have created a folder called : _INSTALLERS in \\do-tech\utils. please dump any installers that you still need in that folder, and I can go through them, and organize them in the install$ share.

I thank you in advance for your efforts in the cleanup process, and I trust that you will take a little bit of time out of your busy days to help with this.

p.s: I would appreciate if you can post a comment on this blog post once you're done with your cleanup, mostly so that I'm able to monitor the progress, and know when everyone has done their part.
