Over the weekend, I have deployed the new set of students for 2012-2013. Into the UserStore database. At this point, I mostly made sure to sync up all the students between Aeries and the UserStore database. I have not yet deployed the school's Active Directory accounts, as I am still waiting on the CAR table to be correctly populated for all the schools.
For now, this should be sufficient to populate the SchoolFusion database with the updated accounts. Assuming that SchoolFusion's process is working correctly, then, these accounts should be ready to go on Monday morning.
This should also be good to go to export class rosters, and user lists for AR and other applications.
Please remember that though the main import is done, there will be a lot of student shuffling between schools and grades, so, if not really necessary, you should probably refrain from doing the app imports for at least 1 week after school start.
I will be working on deploying the elementary schools Active Directory accounts, since they have no class enrollment requirements. Junior Highs and High Schools will be fully deployed, likely by EOB on the 27th, or whenever the CAR table is populated.
