In reference to the previous post regarding the moving of user data I have created a document which I will use to track where the user data is.
Since the migration is a process with multiple stages, and will take a while to complete, I want to make sure that the helpdesk has the resources needed to stay on the same page with me.
I will keep this document updated at all times. Since I'll be constantly making changes, unless the change is significant or out of the ordinary, I will not be posting a blog entry on each of those changes, instead, I will make changes to the wiki document, and you can keep track of those there.
I would recommend, that once you are on that page, click on "Manage Subscriptions", and subscribe to the "Data Storage" section, or any section you are interest in being notified about whenever there are changes.
If you're concerned about being spammed with change emails, or are only curious about the information, then you can subscribe to a daily digest, and this way, you will only receive one email a day with the changes that happened on the page(s) you have subscribed to.
In addition to the reference data for all our shares, I have included a brief road map and a status as to where I am with the long term goal. There will be a lot of shuffling until we get there, but at least there is a plan :)
